Mohit is well-known as a corporate international tax specialist, having significant experience in advising Fortune multinationals and large Indian business houses on a wide range of matters relating to FDI policy, business re-organizations, cross-border tax structuring, tax controversy across a range of sectors. Having developed expertise in practice domains ranging from Income-tax, Indirect taxes, Transfer Pricing to Regulatory and most recently GST, he strongly believes that exceptional client service represents a dedication to going above and beyond expectations in every working relationship.
Academically he is an outstanding individual and has delivered various lectures on direct tax, service tax, excel etc. He has also been honored for helping his mentor in writing a book on Income Tax Ready Recokener. He has also started a campaign of providing Excel tips, where almost 700 qualified professionals and others has joined the campaign and he has been awarded with the title “Mr. Spreadsheet” from one of the member of campaign. He has also started writing blogs on excel Tips and Foreign Remittances. He has also completed his certification course in International Taxation and also completed diploma in Information System Audit(ISA).
He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate. He has done his schooling from St. Fidelis Senior Secondary School, Aligarh. He is an Enthusiastic professional with over 4 years of experience in the felid of Taxation and Accounts & Finance. He came into practice straight after qualifying the Chartered Accountancy exams.
He has delivered several numbers of seminars on Wealth Tax, GST and on how to draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounts department. He also got the best employee of the year award from Alok Sinhal & Co. at the very early age of 20. He has also got appreciation for the work done for many number of MNCs in NCR.
He is also the visiting faculty of Ativrddhi Institute, Aligarh where he shares his practical knowledge with the students and helps them in choosing the right path to achieve their goals.

From the time, when she was a senior in high school, year 1994, she had an interest in accounting/ bookkeeping. It wasn't, however, until year 2000 that she actually began her career as a Bookkeeper. Immediately following 9/11, she made a smart decision to branch out and take a big leap out of Ohio to California. Jobs were scarce during this time, but she was still able to gain much needed experience.
She worked with various companies within diverse industries, such as tech, architectural, construction, and publishing to name a few. Within these industries, she held various positions, such as retail auditor, bookkeeper, and assistant controller; however, because of her fundamental training, her love and specialty is Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Over the years, she had learned so much that she decided to bring full-charge bookkeeping to the forefront and offer services not just to companies around California, but all over the United States.
Now she has been associated with GBC group for handling US operations.
With approximately 13 years in corporate born and brought at Allahabad in 1987. The journey was started from Air Force School, Bamrauli Allahabad qualified Intermediate in 2004. Completed Graduation from University of Allahabad in 2007.
Started career from ground as Sales Executive in HUL (Hindustan Uniliver Limited) in 2007 at Allahabad, worked with various companies till 2010 as well as completed MBA (HR/Marketing) in 2010, now planned to move Delhi for some new, founded opportunity in Maritime Industry worked as a Marketing Manager in a Maritime Training Institute from 2010 to 2012. I leave my job to do something new; I spent a year in self-consciousness about what to do next in life.
In 2013 founded my own Maritime Training Institute. Past 7 years working as Entrepreneur/Director, meanwhile completed training of ISO Auditor in 2017. 3 years of experience as Internal Auditor/QMR (Quality Management Representative) to ensure that the QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained as per the compliances of standard. In COVID 19 pandemic all work has been stopped, started working as freelancer.

Also having Certificate of Proficiency in PST (Personal Survival Techniques), FPFF (Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting), EFA (Elementary First Aid), PSSR (Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities) & STSDSD (Security Training for Seafarer with Designated Ship Security Duties). Still planning to do LLB never wants to stop in learning.
